You will participate in team meetings, work on projects and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your supervisor, who will ensure that you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to help you complete tasks and projects to expand your knowledge and skills. As an intern you are responsible for:
- Execute internal projects to achieve customer results and identify business improvements
- Learn internal software to assist in executing projects and tasks
- Work with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders

The internship is intended to enable bachelor's or master's students to gain practical work experience as a basis for their professional life and, depending on their performance, can be the start of a further career.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s level degree program in Mechanical Engineering preferred (Expected Graduation date must be December 2024 or May 2025)
- Possess an interest in learning, observing and practicing a variety of experiences in our industry
- Demonstrate awareness, understanding, and skills necessary to work in a diverse environment
- Articulate, with strong interpersonal skills,
- ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- solid project management acumen
- flexible and adaptable
- ability to define problems, collect data, draw conclusions, and develop solutions
- ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents
