The Master's in Sustainable Engineering is closely linked to research and industrial practice, with the practical relevance being established in particular through a compulsory industrial/research internship.

Duration: 12 weeks
Credit points: 15 ECTS
When: in the Bachelor's or Master's programme
Alternative: 3 additional compulsory elective or elective modules totalling 15 CP

Goal of the internship

The internship focuses on the working methods of industry and industry-related research in order to illustrate how they are used by specialists in engineering, chemistry or physics. The internship can be completed in both the Bachelor's and Master's programmes. As an alternative to the internship, the vocational orientation competence field can also be filled with three further compulsory elective or elective modules totalling 15 CP.
